Pacers, PointsBet Announce Multi-Year Partnership

August 4, 2020

Indiana Pacers and PointsBet have today (8/5) announced a partnership that will last for several years to come. PointsBet will become the official sports gaming partner of the Pacers. PointsBet will be displayed in the Bankers Life Fieldhouse arena and be given some of the exposure possible. This is the first time a sports betting operator has this type of exposure in the NBA.

On top of the in-arena exposure, Pointsbet will have a digital presence on the Pacers website. Pacers fans can expect special promotions on their favorite NBA team as PointsBet is probably the best sportsbook for unique and creative promotion amongst all licensed US sportsbooks.

“This corporate partnership with PointsBet represents a real win for both companies.”

“We look forward to welcoming them in as a very visible brand at the Fieldhouse and through our various channels.”

Rick Fuson, Pacers Sports & Entertainment president and COO

PointsBet already had a partnership with the NBA and signing the Pacers is a step in a clear strategy in building close relationships with the sports leagues and teams. What NHL, NFL, or MLB will be next in line for PointsBet?

“PointsBet was thrilled to unveil the fastest sports betting app in Indiana earlier this year, powered by our best-in-market proprietary technology, premium brand mentality, and clear points of difference via our product features that bettors can’t get elsewhere.”

Johnny Aitken, PointsBet USA CEO.

PointsBet is an Australia founder sportsbook operator who first moved into New Jersey but has later got a license for Iowa and Indiana. Being one of the first movers in Indiana and signing the Pacers is an indicator that Indiana is PointsBet most prioritized state at the moment.
