NBA Against The Spread Picks for Tuesday 11/5

November 4, 2019

Sunday and Monday Review

Sunday Pick

The Bulls once again got too much credit from the oddsmakers, and we were able to adjust to this team falling short of expectations in the early portion of the season. The Pacers rolled to an easy 13 point while only laying 1.5 behind a balanced team effort and this one was never really in question.

Monday Pick

The Rockets had this one in hand in the second half but the final minute left a bit of sweat as Memphis looked for a back door cover. Ultimately the Rockets got the job done with a 7 point win while laying 5.5 on the back of a monster Harden game.
2-0 on this stretch brings us to 10-4 on the season.

Tuesday Pick

Indiana Pacers at Charlotte Hornets

  • Opening Line: Pacers -2.5 and 216.5
  • Current Line: Pacers -3.5 and 211.5

The Pacers will keep it rolling on Tuesday as a high end and quite balanced team, even in the absence of C Myles Turner. The Hornets are admittedly often keeping things more competitive than I envisioned entering the season but this is a spot they are truly outmatched and simply aren’t getting nearly enough points. Malcolm Brogdon will continue his ascension to stardom as the Pacers get the win against a team without a star and offensive deficiency.
