UFC 276 is a banger of a pay per view card! The UFC always treats us good for International Fight Week and this year is no exception. The early prelims are streaming on ESPN+. The prelims are televised on ABC/ESPN. The pay per view portion stream on ESPN+ The card takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada, but not at the Apex this week, We are at T-Mobike arena for the pay per view card.
The 12 fight card takes place on Saturday, July 2nd, 2022. The first fighters will make the walk to the octagon at 630PM EST.
The card features a main event in the middleweight division with the belt on the line. Israel Adesanya defends his belt against Jared Cannonier. The co-main event is another title fight, and the best matchup we have seen at featherweight. Alexander Volkanovksi and Max Holloway square off for the third time. These title fights are punctuation on a truly stacked card.

✅ Pick - Max Holloway +170 over Alexander Volkanovski
This trilogy fight is a long time coming. If you are like me (and Dana White), you scored the second fight for Holloway. Max woff in the first fight. He remedied much of that in the second fight. Since then he has never looked better, and we are going to see him rack up more volume than anyone ever has on Volkanovski in this one. The +170 on either fighter is a value, as the best two featherweights go at it once more.
✅ Pick - Sean Strickland +100 over Alex Pereira
34 year old Alex Pereira is dropped into a number one contender's matchup with just five pro fights and two UFC fights under his belt. The high level kickboxer has only partially translated to MMA thus far, and has probably risen above his station in this matchup. Strickland has been a steamroller since his return and move to middleweight. He will bring volume, cardio and durability. While Pereira will be the cleaner striker, Strickland will simply land more throughout. If the fight is not going perfectly for Strickland, he also has the option to wrestle. He expressed that game plan is truly in play.
✅ Pick - Pedro Munhoz +245 over Sean Strickland
If this were a boxing match, there would be little to discuss. O'Malley would be more precise and walk away with an easy win. In MMA, there is such a glaring advantage for Munhoz, it cannot be understated. Munhoz is the best calf kicker at bantamweight, and does so in volume. O'Malley has been hurt to the lower body multiple times in his career already, despite never facing anyone the level of Munhoz. Munhoz is also insanely durable, never being finsihed despite having faced the elite of the elite. Look for Munhoz to completely compromise the lead leg of O'Malley. This could lead to a stoppage or let the superior BJJ game of Munhoz do all the work once Sean hits the mat.
✅ Pick Maycee Barber ITD +330 over Jessica Eye
Maycee Barber has gotten back on track with two straight wins. Her opponents have all had something in common, they did not want to eat her power. Enter Jessica Eye, who is a pressure fighter that loves to trade. Eye's style is tailor made for Barber. Eye will bring the volume out of Barber and we will see Barber's power win the day. The ITD line on the -270 favorite is a wildly favorable +330, and we will attack that value.
