Against The Spread Play – Denver Nuggets at Philadelphia 76ers

The Nuggets travel to Philly to attempt to hand the 76ers their first home loss of the season. This is a matchup that doesn’t bring a whole lot of pace, as the total suggests, and matches up two teams that are better at home than on the road, as most are. The 76ers aren’t a team that’s just marginally better at home, their split is currently 12-0 at home and 5-7 on the road and they are expected to be at or near full health tonight. Their stars are expected to be available and even Josh Richardson is trending on the good side of questionable to return after a six game absence. The Nuggets are also in a bit of a slump, losing four of their last five with three of those losses coming on the road. Take the 76ers to extend their home floor perfection and if feeling aggressive, a parlay with the over is in play but the 76ers are the solo play.

The Bulls still have zero wins against teams with winning record and, as expected, they were only able to score 92 on the Raptors yesterday. The problem was the Raptors forgot to score some points themselves and only got to 93 for a one point win and no cover. Fred Vanvleet was ruled out late for the game and Siakam, Lowry, Ibaka, Powell and Anunoby combined to shoot well under 50% and even worse from three point range. Tough loss.

The loss brings us to 29-21 on the season.
