With the day off for Thanksgiving, we had one line trickle in early and it is for this game, one I had circled. This is a fantastic bounce back spot for the Mavs after being humbled by the Clippers. The Mavericks had a five game winning streak leading up to the Clipper game. The public perception is not yet that the Clips are top dog in the league, and some even view the Lakers ahead, leading us to get a 6.5 point line for the Mavs. The Lakers are on nine game winning streak themselves, however that has as much to do with the portion of the schedule as it does their play. They played nine games in a row against teams with losing records. Additionally, they set themselves up to lose at least three of those nine games but were able to squeak by, and I think we get a spot where Luke Doncic bounces back in a big way and leads the Mavs to snapping the Los Angeles Lakers winning streak. Dallas is in play on the money line but getting 6.5 is extremely attractive.
