The Heat will continue to be without their star Jimmy Butler for two more games. While they were able to get away with this against lowly Memphis in their opener, they face the other end of the league spectrum on the road here. The Bucks already beat a high end Houston team on the road in their opener, and this point spread is a head scratcher, even for this early in the season. This is what the line should be if Butler were playing. The Bucks are simply too high end across the board and will roll to an easy win that likely sees the end of the benches get playing time at the tail end of this one.

Philadelphia 76ers at Detroit Pistons

Here’s another point spread that doesn’t make a lot of sense. Like the Bucks, you may want to jump on this one as early as possible because it could move. The Pistons had a nice win in their opener against the Pacers, but proved they can only go as far as Drummond takes them with Griffin on the sidelines. With the individual matchup against Embiid, foul trouble could happen for Drummond which would make this one a laugher, but it shouldn’t be very close in any event. The length, defense and overall high end skill sets of the 76ers will be too much for the Pistons across the board.
