NBA Against The Spread Picks For Wednesday 11/13

We had the Cavs +9.5 on Tuesday NBA play which turned out to be more than enough for a cover. They had a one point lead with just 13 seconds left, allowed a bucket but couldn’t score on the final possession to get the team win, but lost by just a point. We will continue to keep an eye out for lines like this as there will be more favorable spots for the Cavs.

The win brings us to 16-8 on the season.

Washington Wizards at Boston Celtics

The 8-1 Celtics host the 2-6 Wizards in what looks to be a blowout waiting to happen. The Celtics will be without Gordon Hayward but that appears to be too heavily baked into the line. Washington trails only Golden State in defensive efficiency to this point in the season while Boston is in the top seven in that category. Washington is more efficient on the offensive side of the ball, ranking middle of the pack in that statistic, but the Celtics are third in the league in that department and this is truly a spot that sets up for a blowout. The Wizards played competitively to start the season, but their last three losses have been by 22, 15 and 13 points to lesser teams than the Celtics. Another double digit loss is incoming.
