The Raptors continue to be one of the best teams in the East and the Magic will continue to be without their best player Nikola Vucevic and without starter Aaron Gordon. The Magic are 1-3 since Vuc got hurt and the game he was injured in was a 16 point loss to the same Raptors. Needless to say they are not getting the same output from the center position and will be extremely hard pressed to compete with one of the East’s top teams. This would be a favorable line if Vuc were playing, let alone missing both he and Gordon. Take the Raptors for the easy win in a spot with a line far too small.
Wednesday Review
The Nets, unfortunately, shot the lights out in the first half, making twelve threes in that half before coming back down to Earth and ultimately losing. The total went over by six points, which is a small miss when considering the scoring in the first half. Truly an odd first half for the loss.
Loss brings us to 22-16 on the season.
