We will have a total of three bets for UFC Vegas 59. All three of them are eligible for the promo above from Caesar's Sportsbook. Taking advantage of the offer will net you a completely risk free bet for up to $1500.
✅ Pick - Jamahal Hill ITD -160 over Thiago Santos
It is a sad time when making bets against Thiago Santos, as he was one of the most fun fighters in MMA. That time however seems to have passed. He has not been the same since the dual knee injuries and surgeries, and now faces a fighter that will not hesitate to push the pace. In a matchup of strikers where dynamism will be key, Hill is the fighter with the large edge. Hill is fresh off two early KO wins against once highly regarded prospects, and will now face the veteran. This fight is a race to a KO and Hill is the far more likely fighter to push forward and go get his man.
✅ Pick - Augusto Sakai +220 over Serghei Spivac
We get a wildly favorable betting line on Augusto Sakai, who will not be facing a true power puncher for the first time since his five fight win streak was snapped. Sakai entered the promotion on a tear, but has struggled since being elevated to face higher end and far more powerful opponents. He now draws the more rounded but less dangerous Serghei Spivac. Spivac has done hsi best work with ground and pound against lesser competition. He will need to get this fight down, and more than once to truly find success. Sakai will be the better fighter in the stand up and in the clinch, and has the cleaner paths to victory as a large underdog.
✅ Pick - Michal Oleksiejczuk ITD -125 over Sam Alvey
We can only hope this will be the last UFC walk for Sam Alvey. Winless in his last eight fights, he will now have to contend with a boxer that will not hesitate to beat Alvey at his own game. Alvey is frequently backed to the cage where he looks to find a perfect counter shot. That will be a difficult path in the matchup with Michal Oleksiejczuk, who is a clean and crisp boxer. Oleksiejczuk will be putting in work to both the body and head, and we are going to see a knock out in this one. the Oleksiejczuk betting line has soared all the way north of -600, but we will be taking him inside the distance at -125.
