UFC Vegas 52 is a Fight Night card streaming live on ESPN+ from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. This card marks the second of three straight that will originate from the Apex.
The 12 fight card takes place on Saturday April 23rd, 2022. The first fighters will make the walk to the octagon at 6PM EST. You can stream the entirety of the card live on ESPN+. The card features a very real banger of a main event that you will not want to miss.

✅ Pick - Jessica Andrade -190 vs Amanda Lemos - Fight Ends Inside The Distance -190
Jessica Andrade and Amanda Lemos are two powerhouses at strawweight. They both have very real knock out power in their strikes. Lemos will be at a cardio disadvantage in this fight, should it make the championship rounds. Lemos also has roughly a two round window to score a KO on Andrade, who does have durability questions at 115. It will be a banger inside those first two rounds with either fighter being extremely live for a finish. Should the fight go longer, Andrade will be the fighter getting the finish, likely after putting her wrestling to use.
✅ Pick - Maycee Barber -190 over Montana de la Rosa
Maycee Barber has had mixed results since her return from the knee injury suffered in the octagon. The promotion has actually opted to give her a step down in competition despite scoring a win in her most recent fight. Barber will be the superior striker with a huge power and strength edge. The only worries she will be facing from de la Rosa will be on the wrestling side. If Barber's takedown defense is perfect this fight is going to be a massacre. If Barber is taken down, the fight will be closer, but I do not believe there will be long enough periods of control for de la Rosa to take any rounds, let alone two of them.
✅ Pick - Charles Jourdain -125 over Lando Vannata
Charles Jourdain fought the best fight of his career in his most recent fight. He fought quick and rangy striker Andre Ewell and absolutely smoked Ewell at his own game. The speed and diversity of strikers shown by Jourdain was truly a level up in ability moment inside the cage. He will be the busier striker against Vannata and will not be giving up anything on the power side. This will be Vannata's second fight since his drop to 145 lbs. Vannata beat wrestler Mike Grundy but his durability was not tested in the striking in that fight. We will see if there are any issues with the chin after the bigger weight cut in this fight.
✅ Pick - Marc-Andre Barriault -175 vs Jordan Wright - Fight Ends Inside The Distance -200
Barriault is a fighter that has resuscitated his UFC career. After dropping three straight decisions to start, he has won three of four fights. Additionally, three of his last four have ended via KO, with the lone loss being a quick KO in his most recent fight. Jordan Wright is a fighter that has a KO win or loss bordering on a certainty in essentially every fight. All five of his fights under the UFC banner have ended via KO, four of which in under 90 seconds. Wright does not respond well to damage and he will have to land the kill shot at range very early on or he will be clinched up and beat on until he goes out.
