NBA Expert Picks – Los Angeles Clippers at Minnesota Timberwolves

Tonight we have some NBA Picks on the Clippers and Timberwolves. The Clippers have played five games against opponents that are also top ten in pace over the course of the last three weeks. They are 4-1 in those games with the lone loss being a dud at high end Milwaukee. The average output on the total of those wins has been 253.5 and their average margin of victory has been 17 points in those games. Minnesota offers the same pace and path of little defensive resistance and we should see more of the same, despite the absence of PG Patrick Beverly. The Timberwolves are a bit of an oddity and are a sub .500 team, but they have been markedly worse at home than on the road, with just a 3-8 mark at home. Take the Clippers with the over in this one as the Clippers cruise over 125 points.

The Celtics were not great in the second half of the back to back and Jayson Tatum was the culprit if we’re looking to put this loss on a specific player. The Celtics held a small lead for much of the game but were worn down and ultimately ceded a small lead to 76ers that they were never able to take back.

Loss brings us to 30-23 on the season.
